We are looking for someone with a passion for gaming. Previous experience in the industry is desirable but not essential.
Job Specification:
The Czech Customer Support role primarily involves:
• Speaking with customers via email, live support, and phone in Czech and English.
• Computer literacy is necessary.
• Fast, accurate and thorough responses to numerous e-mails per shift.
• Managing player accounts (passwords, cash transfers, account privileges).
• Providing information on player deposits and cashouts.
• Informing players about current promotions.
• Reviewing client log files to resolve technical issues.
• Assisting players with connection issues.
• Informing players about games and game rules.
• Responding to player concerns about site integrity.
Experience/ Qualifications:
• Native Czech speaker.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Fluency in another European language is a plus.
• University degree a definite plus.
• Gaming industry experience is desirable but not essential.
