We are always searching for passionate online gaming professionals to join our expanding team at Hyperion. You could be an accomplished recruitment consultant or alternatively a bright and motivated individual with a passion for betting and gaming. A background in sales or recruitment is not a necessity provided that you possess enthusiasm, willing, and the aptitude to learn.
Successful applicants will be rewarded with an uncapped commission structure and the chance to form meaningful working relationships with some of the biggest names in online gaming. Key Skills:
Ability to work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Self motivated and conscientious (willing to go the extra mile for clients and candidates).
Strong and confident telephone manner.
Ability to successfully network over the telephone and face-to-face.
Good communicator; comfortable with business development and cold calling.
Basic grasp of key online gaming companies and markets.
Acute eye for detail; ability to write fluently and cohesively.
Strong time management and planning skills; able to prioritise work load effectively.
Confidence to work remotely/independently when required.
